If something goes wrong

Deliverability issues are monitored on the platform side, and account-level alerts flag rising bounce or complaint rates before they become a blacklisting problem — but if you notice something off (mail not arriving, unexpected bounces), support access is included rather than a community forum you have to search through alone.

A first-week checklist for new accounts

Add and verify the DNS records (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) as soon as you sign up — delivery is not fully authenticated until they propagate.
